Dylan conducts interviews (Tom Petty’s comments are highlights) and leads a band of current artists (Beck, Fiona Apple, Regina Spektor, Cat Power) playing renditions of ’60s classics like “Go Where You Wanna Go” and “In My Room.” Netflix
