Stoners decide to rip off other stoners, but of course the whole plan goes array in David Gustafson’s low-budget flick. The main characters spend most of the time in a basement smoking joints, drinking beers and doing lines. Gradually, we learn their back stories. Jocelyn (Kennedy Stinson), for instance, has spent the last three years homeless and on the road. But when police staking out the drug den overreact, it leads to a violent finale. TubiTV
