'Evergreen: The Road to Legalization'

A year and a half after the historic vote to legalize marijuana in Washington State comes Evergreen: The Road to Legalization, a documentary about the hard-fought battle to pass I-502.

In one corner is Alison Holcomb and Rick Steves, backers of the legalization measure; in the other, the No on 502 crowd led by Steve Sarich and Doug Hiatt. Seattle Hempfest executive director Vivian McPeak and The Stranger news editor Dominic Holden also get to weigh in.

Evergreen opened on June 13 at Cinema Village in New York with a followup discussion by DPA executive director Ethan Nadelmann. It's curently avaialbe on VOD and DVD.
