Anthony DiLoreto is the fourth college basketball player to be arrested on marijuana charges so far in 2010. The 7-1 Utah State frosh was stopped by Logan police on Feb. 1. After they smelled pot in the car, he surrendered a small bag. DiLoreto remains in jail.

Andy Serkis stars as the late British punk-rocker Ian Dury in Mat Whitecross' biopic, which opened on Friday in London. A heavy drinker and pot smoker, Dury's famous for his late-'70s hits, "Hit Me With Your Rhythm Stick" and "Reasons to Be Cheerful Part 3," recorded with the Blockheads. He died of liver cancer in 2000.

"There will be pot at the medals ceremonies," he predicts. Hopefully Emery will be there to enjoy the festivities. The cannabis-lovin' country singer contributed a live version of "Me and Paul" to "Hempilation 2: Free the Weed" in 1998. Originally recorded as the title track of Willie Nelson's 1985 album, it's about his road escapades with drummer Paul English. "Almost busted in Laredo," Willie sings, "but for reasons that I'd rather not disclose."

One of 20 tracks on "Hempilation 2: Free the Weed" (released in 1998), "Sidemousin' the Bong" features bassist Mike Watt, drummer George Hurley, singer Petra Haden and Jane's Addiction's Stephen Perkins on the bong.
